1、 Working principle
Automatic dosing equipment is mainly composed of a metering pump, a dissolving tank, a stirrer, a liquid level gauge, a safety valve, a check valve, a pressure gauge, a filter, a buffer, a pipeline, a valve, a base, an escalator, an automatic monitoring system, a power control system, etc., which are assembled on a common platform according to the process requirements to form a module, known as a modular combination unit (referred to as "pry body"). The process of adding a certain amount of medication into a stirring solution tank as needed for stirring and dissolution, and then delivering it to the dosing point through a metering pump after dissolution. The dosage can be freely adjusted to meet different dosing requirements. The dosing device adopts an electromechanical integrated structure, which can be divided into fixed and mobile (cart type) installation. Each form of dosing device is equipped with a mixing system, dosing system, and automatic control system. Several fixed pry mounts can be combined into a whole, coupled with a variable frequency control system, which can achieve local control, remote automatic control, and manual and automatic mutual conversion of dosing. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, smooth operation, simple installation, and easy operation and use.
The dosing device precisely prepares solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals through different process designs, and then accurately adds them using a metering pump to meet various design requirements. Such as descaling, deoxygenation, coagulation, acid addition, alkali addition, etc. The dosing process can be manually operated, or various electrical appliances and instruments such as PC, magnetic flap level gauge, pH meter, stroke controller, frequency converter, etc. can be used to make the dosing device an electromechanical integrated product and achieve automatic control. The dosage and pressure of the dosing device can be selected according to the needs of the industrial process, and a suitable metering pump can be chosen. Suitable products can be selected for flow rates ranging from 1L/h to 8000L/h and pressures ranging from 0.1MPa to 25MPa. The metering accuracy of the metering pump can reach up to ± 1%, and multiple media can be transported simultaneously and adjusted separately.
The volume of the solution tank in the corrosion inhibitor dosing device can range from 0.1m3 to 20m3, and can be selected according to the dosage. There are various materials to choose from depending on the conveying medium, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lining), stainless steel, non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
2、 Performance Description
Automatic dosing equipment mainly includes feeding system, storage tank, dosing system, power control system, etc. The dissolution tank is equipped with facilities required for automatic operation, such as level gauges, low level alarms, valves, etc. A magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the outer wall of the barrel to monitor the liquid level in real-time. There is a feeding port and a backup port on the top of the barrel, and a discharge port, a discharge port, an overflow port, a level gauge interface, and corresponding matching valves are provided on the side of the barrel. When the liquid level in the bucket is lower than the set low liquid level value, the alarm system will automatically activate and the dosing pump will pause. The dosing system includes centrifugal pumps, electromagnetic flow meters, and related valves.

5、 Selection precautions
1. When users choose a dosing device, the selection specifications (including metering pump parameters, mixing tank volume, solution tank volume, and on-site conditions) are determined based on the amount of solution required by the system. Then, the dosing method is determined based on the dosing situation (generally using the "one on one backup" or "multiple on one backup" method);
2. Select the materials of each component of the dosing device (stainless steel, carbon steel, non-metallic materials), the model of the metering pump (diaphragm pump, plunger pump), or the parameters of the dosing agent (name, concentration, temperature, density, viscosity, corrosiveness, etc.) as needed;
